My experience of working with Nodeflux - Corporate Affairs Nodeflux Employee Review

- WFA - real tech company in indonesia doing pioneer of AI and computer systen - a lot of deep expertise in AI and computer vision platform, enjoying critical real time challenge of computer vision problem here - humble and friendly environment, both work mate and management - good wlb, with exception of sudden/ stressful situation when supporting issue in production - not much beurocracy, no layers or middle managers, everyone is involved and take direct ownership(fast adapting but bad for career track)

- series of sudden layoff during 2020-2024 leaving bad impression for some people including me, but I can see it now as hard decision to barely survive - slow(stagnant?) growth - bad career track, it's like jungle, some has fast track, some stagnant. product people usually rose rapidly while the software and ai engineer is just the same title - I heard it's hard to get full time employment now, everyone hired as contract
