      Pros

      Great place to work. The people are genuine, hard working, respectful, and smart. Leaders are accessible. Managers care about staff and the organization invests heavily in development programs.

      Cons

      Company is growing rapidly and experiencing growing pains. Lots of job security but promotion can happen much slower than some other companies. Some junior staff find this challenging.
