Pros
Noblis invests back in the employee much more than large for profit companies (like the one we were acquired from). Examples: Much better 401 Matching, Performance based bonus structure for everyone not just the executives, Training opportunities, cost reimbursement for wellness and other things. Management is engaged with the employees at all levels . Little things like free good coffee, quality food at open houses (DC), holiday parties (FVP), and all hands (DC) show that Noblis is willing to invest in quality for the employees and the customers. Spot awards can be done quickly without a bunch of red tape. Flexibility with IT assets, employees can use Dell, Apple, Surface Pro, etc. Lots of really smart (and nice) people that work hard and truly care about each other and the mission.
