Very narrow mindset. Very disrespectful of previous employees. It's their way or the highway. Running out of Cash. Very disorganized.

Very easy work, you can turn up and do nothing but drink coffee if you are pals with anyone in charge and nothing is broken at the time (40% chance). You will likely find yourself being promoted to a role where sitting down and having coffee is expected when things go wrong if you are pals with the right folk anyway so remember to have that apple nice and shiny.

Unfair workloads. You will need to do more work in the long run to make up for the lack of investment, everything is penny-pinched to the extreme. They will save a few grand on equipment then a few months later once it has fallen apart start spending way more than saved on repairs, downtime, and man hours each year for the remainder of the equipment's life cycle. This is the story from the brushes to sweep the floors to the HGVs on the road. All this will impact work/life balance at times, while not terrible it has to be scored low due to the fact a lot of the needed overtime could be avoided. The culture and diversity at this site is very poor, I have heard another site in the milling division might have more than one combination of race and gender other than white/male.
