Pros

Great people to work with, great location downtown, paid parking, fun company events.

Cons

Noble has recently gotten extremely strict. Employees are mandated to physically clock in and out and they're cracking down on departmental gatherings outside of work which are meant to create a culture of camaraderie and trust. Overall, there is a lack of a high-level of strategic thinking across the company which is severely hindering the company's success...I feel a definite lack of strategy that starts at the top. Benefits are awful. While the monthly expense isn't terrible and the co-pays are low, coverage is pretty sub-par for dependents. I'm lucky to be on my wifes plan...without it, we'd be in trouble. PTO is terrible as well and this includes bereavement and others. There is also no flexibility whatsoever in the times when you can come and go AND in working remote when necessary. They don't work around the schedules and needs of working parents, there is no maternity leave, the list goes on and on. It's a family-run company but it's very clear they don't much care about their employees families or the need to be flexible as a working parent. They talk about valuing their employees but don't realize how poorly they're treated. No wonder the turnover rate is so high. I envy everyone who has been able to leave.
