      Pros

      Has all the pros and cons of a Contracting company. Decent Pay. But the insurance they provide is expensive for what you really get. The pay is decent when compared to other companies with similar operational strategy

      insurance they provide is expensive for the benefits that you really get. If that is a concern(it was for me) one needs to get insurance elsewhere. No specific advantages other than a fact that you are working for a company that has been stable.
