Pros
Nixon is focused on growth, which it does consistently. The growth creates a lot of opportunities for associates to move up in the organization and move into other functions to gain broader experience. Management really cares about the well being of the associates on many levels.
Cons
The company runs lean, so there is always plenty to do. The work is demanding but fulfilling, even if you can't always get everything done.
