Pros

The Company is committed to it's core purpose, values, and vision. Based on the actions of the leadership team, it is clearly on the move. Nixon Medical is a great place to work for associates who are a good fit with the Company's values.

Cons

For those who do not fit the values, it isn't likely to be a great experience. Namely, people who are not interested in improving their self-awareness and introspection. The core purpose of the organization is professional and personal growth, and associates who are not interested in owning their stories, behaviors, etcetera may be challenged and frustrated in this environment.
