Absolutely none! You only get one star because I can not enter zero

Lack of structure. There is no organization in this company. There is no Bonus compensation. Everyone in the system does Buisness development making it impossible to create a sound Buisness plan. Expenses take a ridiculous amount of time to approve. They blame it on concur, but it's not the software... The hold up is getting administration to approve expenses. They rather you front expenses on your own and then get reimbursed. A check request is a very challenging process. Senior administration has been replaced because of the barriers they were causing... Except the new administration created all new barriers. They say they have an open door policy, but if you say or inquire about something that is against their agenda, they will be little you. Have a thick skin working here, they cuss a lot! I hope you don't have a problem with the FBomb, AHole or B words... They use them a lot and say if you are offended go else where. Very hostile environment. Most of the physicians they want you to work with will be upset with hospital and are wanting to leave this health system. There is absolutely no belief in the value of they system. Apply else where!
