they have very illigeal bond procedure and unethical rules like 1) when you ask about them in call or face to face about bond they said they have 1 year bond but dont take any document or chaque as but bond amout is your whole one year salary they dont said properly i have to ask many times about like what if i go withing 2-3 months then they said i have to pay my 12 month salary as bond amont otherwise they go legal court 2) they have one side probition perioud of 6 month ...i said one side because only and only they will decide within 6 months when to left you....you cant decide to left company within probition perioud then its count as break your bond and have to pay your 12 month salary as bond amount ...if not then they go for legal action on you 3) working hour is very high 9 hours total to maintain and workload is very high 4) if you cant fill 9 hour total a day or come late in office your salary will be cut 5) no other banifit like PF or medical or any other 6) if you are new joiner they can give only 25% hide offer based on your past year average monthly salary (not based on your last 3-6 month) 7) my advice is never go this kind of unehical, elligeal or fraud company who dont have any good things for employer and all things that only an only benifit for company
