Easy job to get nice co workers

Dirty work environment, no heath and safety. Take on apprentices for £3.50 per hour and sack them after a year, have them on the wrong apprenticeship and provide no support. Often asked to work in other departments for no benefits and left to run the place. Management look down on all staff. Scam customers. I was there a year and saw 7+ staff leave from a team of 3 and 13 leave from the whole company (a team of 11) high turn over for a reason

Not too many performance reviews. Frank and comfortable employees. Fairly quiet workplace.

Be ready to work out of your work/job description. If you are in the customer service phone room, you maybe asked to work in the technician's workshop on odd days. Salaries are very less.
