Poor Management - Anonymous employee Nisshinbo Employee Review

Management was not very helpful. Typically there were multiple leads on the floor, all with different opinions of how things should be done. The next manager in line was unapproachable and made it clear that leads were there for a reason. I feel like I was pushed to pack as many parts as possible with little regard to checking for quality. In training the importance of checking your parts was stressed however once on the floor that seemed to have been forgotten.
