- Lack of organisation - Unrealistic workload - Manager received no management training and can't step up as a leader - Long life of leasing staff with very last minute contract extensions. - Some teams are clearly favoured over others. - Expected to work through lunch breaks and made to feel guilty if you do take one. - Expected to always work late because we "need to be flexible" ...though its rare they are flexible. - Lack of clarity of job role responsibilities. - Lack of caring for mental health - No career progression within the UK, most likely would have to move to Germany head office.
