      Pros

      the team of engineers is very strong. the pace is fast and there are frequent pivots but work is interesting and environment is respectful. Work - life balance is very good for a startup in Silicon Valley

      Pros

      Lots of flexibility and resources, allowed me to kinda decide what I wanted to work on (gave me some options). Had a mentor during my time which was awesome. Startup company experience

      Cons

      Only had one mentor, would've like more people to go to (my mentor was at a different office and very busy at times)
