Pros

Great product Great customers Free lunch Personable C-Suite

Cons

Customer Success VP has a god complex. Thinks he has all the right answers and is full of false promises. We feel most management is just trying to coast until they can cash out with stock. Trying not to cause any waves in fear of losing out on a giant payday. No career path or room for promotions even though been promising it’s coming for years. The better the company does the more they change the comp plan to make it harder to hit OTE goals. Too many accounts per AM partly due to the high turnover. Managing 275+ account and no forgiveness on any churn. “Hybrid” means you get to work from home 3 days a month. No 401k matching

Pros

Strong culture with talented people who genuinely care about customers and product quality. Remote-first environment provides flexibility, leadership is generally approachable, and employees have opportunities to influence products that directly impact customers. The company continues to grow and invest in engineering, creating opportunities for career development.

Cons

Rapid growth and frequent changes in business priorities can create challenges with planning and execution. Customer escalations and urgent initiatives sometimes disrupt roadmap commitments, leading to context switching and shifting expectations. As the organization scales, communication and alignment between teams can occasionally become difficult.

Pros

Great company culture, strong leadership, and incredible teammates. NinjaOne offers plenty of opportunities for professional growth while maintaining a collaborative and supportive work environment. I'm proud to be part of a company that values its employees and is committed to delivering exceptional results for customers.

Cons

The rapid growth and fast-paced environment can sometimes lead to shifting priorities and evolving processes. Employees need to be comfortable with change and ambiguity. That said, these challenges are typical of a high-growth company and also create opportunities for learning and career.
