      Pros

      Free Lunch every day Great teammates and atmosphere Great managers Hybrid schedule (3 days in office) Lots of internal promotions - they happen very often. Overall, cannot complain - I really enjoy the work here and it feels like what you put in is what you get out. feels fair and like a great opportunity.

      Cons

      Growing company, can be rocky at times. Change comes quickly sometimes. Can be a game of luck, people are put on pips and fired quickly, but thats sales.

      Pros

      Still fairly new but it didn't take long to see why NinjaOne has such a strong reputation. The culture is genuinely collaborative, leadership is transparent, and the product is something you can actually get behind. Benefits are solid too. So far it's lived up to everything I heard before joining.

      They don't offer 401k matching (yet)
