1) Influence of management's relatives at the workplace 2) A big size Listed company's CFO should be a Chartered Accountant, And if it is not, the difficulties which company is going to face on long time is countless. 3) No limit of vulgerness to talk with an employee. A listed company CFO is calling a executive level staff into his cabin & ask for GST Rate applicable on inner wear of his employee's wife. Now this shows a level of CFO of a listed company. 4) Too much non-sense of relative staff of management. Basically they are incompetent for the post & creates too much problems in work environment for others.
