Pros
-Good pay for early career (requires long hours/shift work) -Good benefits (high company pension contribution, medical insurance, option of company car or car allowance) - Very understanding of family commitments and look after best interest of staff.
Cons
- Requires shift work(can be pro or con) - Slow to change/improve - Parent company is in Japan so much of the company structure and knowledge can be hard to access - Little sharing of knowledge between US,EU and Asian teams
