The head office at Laurel House is vibrant and a comfortable place to work. Enjoyable events held throughout the year including annual conference, team briefs and individual department team days. All great to spend time with colleagues from other areas of the business. The company offer a day to make a difference allowing you to spend time giving back in the community. It's also great to get your birthday off work and buy additional holidays each year. There is a healthcare plan to help with optician and dentist costs and the option to add your family to your private healthcare plan too. It is great to be part of an annual bonus scheme too. A really great place to work.

It would be good to see more focus /options for progression and personal development.
