Treats production line employees well
Lots of diversity in line works and shift leads

Do not actually give raises or bonuses.
Post merger leadership if very poor
Most of the good managers have left or where fired
An ESOP that doesn't treat its skilled labor well
Corporate Quality does not understand Pharma standards
Corporate Quality will fire or do a "Managed Exit" for anyone who disagrees with them in anyway
Leadership pushes for product release before quality results or in spite of quality failures. Quality is not valued.
No diversity in upper management. All older white men.
Sad to see a decent company that worked hard to do better go downhill so quickly
