Administration is completely out of touch, starting at the very top; supervisors routinely trash talk employees to one another and externally; advancement is promised but rarely followed through; the lack of diversity in staff and faculty is astounding, particularly given the negative press the institution has received on the topic; the administration cares more about being at press conferences and ribbon cuttings than truly living out the mission
