Pros
Plenty of entry level opportunities/projects due to growing company Great place to work at as first job Internal hiring is very prominent and preferred Job opportunities in specialized fields are encouraged (ex. moving from HR to Engineering assuming you have the skillset) Job security is pretty much guaranteed Majority of company employees are under 35 Headquarters is in the middle of Socal, great location for many who want to commute
Cons
Because of fast growth, promotions are more limited every year (too many level 2 analysts who don't have an easy trajectory of growth due to lack of positions) Parking lot will always be full, and seats are extremely limited despite moving into a new office in 2020. (There doesn't seem to be any action on these issues) Since job security is excellent, external hires that don't fit the culture are a pain to deal with Pay doesn't feel fairly compensated despite loyalty. Often people leave for a couple years and come back for a pay bump. Dealing with employees who have sales/manufacturing quotas can be rough and unmotivating toward your working experience.
