The best part about working at Nextyn is that growth truly depends on your performance and not your age or years of experience. As my first company, it gave me incredible exposure and opportunities to take on responsibilities early, which helped me grow faster than I could have imagined. The culture is amazing and has a very homely feeling where colleagues genuinely feel more like family, always there to support and encourage. What stood out the most for me was the openness of the environment; you can approach anyone, including leadership, share your thoughts or concerns, and know that you will be listened to. Overall, it is an amazing place to begin your career and I would highly recommend working here.
