Pros. 1. Good pay + ESOPs 2. Challenging work in HPC and AI. Good learning 3. Small office easy to interact and get the work done. All are helpful. Feels home
Cons
1. It's a startup so small office and improper facilities though management tried to do their best. 2. Esops if you leave before company goes for IPO or get acquired. You won't get anything. But can buy the esops within 90 days.
