Pros

You can get a chance to work for good product-based companies. Management and leadership are extremely supportive and willing to assist you in any way possible, whether it is with your technical development or other goals. I worked with one of Nextxap payroll's product-based enterprises for thirteen months before receiving a full-time job offer. The management of Nextxap was always there to help.

Cons

No cons as such. The work environment is excellent. People are willing to help.

Pros

has the ear of Apple tier 1 vendor account manager at onsite - to arrange for interviews

Cons

Is there a possibility to provide "MINUS 4" stars if possible in Glassdoor? - poor management - they prefer calling on phone rather than emailing since the management is so poor. - Payment delays - frequent!! they expect for the consultant to get abused in the name of them providing an opportunity to consultant to interview for client. - when they want something from consultant/ consultant's employer in C2C - they will hound/pester you and demand immediate response, and immediate conference calls on phone etc. - But if their is anything that consultant needs - like release of payments it takes days, weeks and sometime even months delay on top of already large payment terms. - do not appreciate the consultant and their is no process in place to track consultant's performance and client reviews and thus ZERO acknowledgement and appreciation to consultant. - ZERO transparency between the feedback trails between end client, tier one vendor, subvendor NextXAP and the consultant on any positive feedbacks. - tons of paperwork - even asking the consultant to sign agreements to not do this and that and contact tier one vendor manager or switch to another vendor etc - even in California whereas per the law there cannot be such agreements!! - Overall extremely poor experience. would recommend to anyone applying here to run away as far as possible from this company. My experience is for corp to corp contract with NextSAP as a "preferred subvendor" of Infosys for client Apple.
