The people are great and helping people is good but they look at people as "walking dollar signs" and takes away from that.

Barely pay, no base pay, stressful Not the best. Very sales run obviously but they won't tell you how you get paid until the first day. They'll say you get hourly but then you find out that you get paid on a daily rate and only if you meet a minimum. Doesn't sound too hard but a lot of people have had bad experiences already and don't want to talk.

The only pros is how they motivate you so much in the office, but in reality they’re playing in your face scamming you

The reason why they motivate you is because they want you to make more sales for them because they don’t pay us for training or for making sales . What they do is they keep your money and say that you didn’t get anything done so for almost three weeks straight I worked 12+ hours to make money for all the bosses in there because in reality we go to work to make money for them because we don’t get paid not one dollar. They like to hire minors so that is easy to trick their mind . They also get the minor drunk every Tuesday and Thursday with the money we make from sales and then lie to us and say we did not make any sales when I have so many customers I sold frontier to that got installed . Very bad for business. The business has no money. The only money they have is OUR MONEY WE MAKE every sale that you make they will pocket it.. and have no consideration for your hard work or time !!!! They have you standing in the cold for hours and hours making sales just to keep all the sales
