From day one, the team has made me feel a part of a family who looks after one another and truly wants to make an impact in the world. Next Gen lives up to its values in every day and every action, going the extra miles to make relationships number one, encourage complete ownership and innovation, and motivating each other towards growth. Supporting and reaching an entrepreneurial audience of 500k+ is hard work, but this company creates an environment for constant success.

Cons
I have been working with this company for several years, transforming a part-time role during college into a full-time role upon graduating. I cannot imagine myself in any other role or with any other company. I feel supported, encouraged, and pushed in the best of ways.
My only con is that not everyone feels so much satisfaction going to work every day and getting to feel creative as I do at this company. I hope that everyone finds this level of connectedness to their work!
