Exposure to wide range of projects which contributes to growth of skillsets. Company provides technology solutions as well as client services, so there is opportunity to learn and grow in both areas. Company is growing very quickly, so there are a lot of organic growth opportunities - both from a compensation and role perspective. It is also a fun work environment, where they try to get everyone involved in activities, such as lunches, happy hours, in-office ping pong tournaments and other events. I have a great boss too!
Cons
Lack of communication between departments because information is scattered within different platforms that some departments have no access to reach. There should be one main platform used to document detailed information such as account status, billing information, cancelations, contract information, add products and services/features, etc for each client. That information will make it easier for the customer service agent to help clients all at once without having to wait for another department's response
