      Pros

      True team spirit and all hands on attitude! Great people and great product. Always looked forward to the thoughtful, outside of the box team events.

      Cons

      The play comes with hard work. It’s to be expected with a startup. Not even a con. My Sanger worked hard with me every step of the way.

      - Great people from the C-level down - Upper management always open to new ideas - Tons of potential growth with the product

      Cons

      - Typical startup woes - everyone wears multiple hats, etc... - You know what you sign up for, so I don't truly consider it a "Con"

      The team is always supportive, knowledgable, and friendly when resolving any issues or while trying to work on the next new feature. Small team that is openminded and passionate about eliminating keys and simplifying employees and employers lives.
