1. They don't care if you work 12hrs without any break time. 2. Majority of all machines are out of preventive maintenance, check canister filter ,overdue for 3yrs. Switches are intermittent, pneumatic cylinder are shifting bad 3. Operation Management and HR are worst , HR and Union people are on same phase. They are just actors in face for the employees. 4. It's race between race here.
