Processes can sometimes feel a bit outdated

Strong coworkers with a breadth of experience to learn from. Goals of the company and teams within are strong and positive.

No concern about ineffective and abusive behavior. Zero investment in the tools and processes needed to work efficiently, be prepared to work 60+ hours if you want to bill like they expect and navigate the internal mess. Employees all act basically as free agents with a mix of procedures and tools trying to get their jobs done. Management makes even the tiniest of changes take months if not years, and don’t care one iota about parts of the company not directly generating profits.
