The CEO cares for his employees is not greedy, walks around and communicates with his employees. Company Retreat, Lunch every Wednesday, Week of 4th of July and Christmas off, Work from home Thursday and Friday (after training). Accounts Payable has great trianer
Cons
Clicks, trainer given too much power and bias, do things their way or you don't know what you're doing. Manager always has door closed of you course you can knock and go in - just not a great welcoming and open feeling A whole new way of doing a job I've done for over 30 years, job just WAS NOT for me. Got tired of feeling like I was an idiot and didn't know how to do anything.
