Pros

1. Work from home available 2. As any other company medical insurance is provided 3. Friendly co workers 4. No limit for false promises

Cons

1. Notice period- 3 months (no salary during this period) 2. Toxic work ethics from superior. 3. Worst leave policy, if you are taking leave on Friday and Monday, the system automatically reduces 4 days of leave balance including Saturday and Sunday 4. Company has Zero control over the project. They would blindly follow the unrealistic orders from the Client they are working for. 5. Zero transparency between the employee and the superior 6. Personal life is almost zero as the superior keeps intruding on Off duty hours and week offs.

Pros

Not many, it is a job, but not a very good one.

Cons

If you like being abused, Nexinfo is the perfect place to work! They lied to me from the beginning about every aspect of the job, how long the contract would be, where and how I would be working and what I would make. They have one abusive manager that feels that she owns you, she gets pleasure from playing games, belittling people, and having people be on call 14 hours a day, while you are getting paid for 5 hours of work. She sends e-mails at 2:30 and 4:45 am and then sends another angry e-mail 15 minutes later when the last one was not responded to. She is kind to the client’s face and then turns around and has temper tantrums with the people she supervises at Nexinfo. They are completely disorganized and have no interest in using any program other than Word and PowerPoint in Arial font, which makes it difficult to work in the 21st Century. The manager even instructed me to ask something of the client and then turned it into GAME of reprimanding me and the client when I did so. She lives off of creating dramatic situations to display her imaginary power. Steer clear of this circus of lies.
