I can not give concrete examples since it's not allowed by this site's policies. But I can say that you work super hard to get the company where it should be. But if you're not one of them (Try to get it), you will always be their ( fill-up the blank ). If it wasn't for the eng-shortage, this company will be only 1 type (try to understand). Very negative people, negative ambiance, high rate of employment turnover (people quit all the time), or hire and fire. Except for the pharaohs, they are kept on their thrones.
