      Pros

      Ok pay. Lots of staff. Sometimes very kind people on the phone

      Cons

      It’s horrible to call someone who REALLY doesn’t want to be phoned.. they aren’t wrong to be annoyed but it often comes with being verbally abused. Also, rejecting individuals who are interested in the surveys but are in ‘the wrong age bracket’ could feel awful

      Pros

      Hands-on exposure to the nitty-gritty ins and outs of market research for brands and government.

      Cons

      Tight deadlines and targets but this is a plus if you're fueled by it.

      Being on calls for long periods, will have to continue work even if your throat hurts
