Many burnouts in many teams. Middle management does not have education or skills to be in middle management positions. Guidelines for senior titles are set but not followed. Managers give senior positions to who ever they like. It appears that those who prioritize pleasing management tend to be rewarded with senior titles etc, while individuals who raise valid concerns risk being quietly phased out.
