Forget about autonomy or independent thinking - at Newmont, you're just a cog in the machine, expected to follow orders without question. But the toxicity doesn't stop there. Office gossip runs rampant, backstabbing is the norm, and a culture of fear and mistrust pervades every corner of the workplace. Management plays favorites, pitting employees against each other in a never-ending competition for approval and recognition. If you value your mental health and well-being, steer clear of Newmont.Their hiring process is a nightmare, and working there is even worse.
