I work in a small group within the company, and that group is fantastic - the people, responsibility, authority, interesting work.
Cons
Disappointed in the broader company - lack of transparency from top leadership, poor leadership during this time of COVID. Tremendous lack of diversity, especially at the top levels. Poor benefits. No 401k match.
