      Pros

      This is a great place to work. Just about everyone is so engaging, from the office staff to the sales agents. You need a never give up attitude learn to listen what people want. There is always a lead to go on.

      Cons

      If you are a sales broker your salary is commission based. But with that said that is how sales positions work.
