Pros

Good Benefits, Hours are fairly simple 8-5. No experience needed, decent training process.

Cons

It's customer service, customers are going to treat you like crap. Management doesn't even know that you are working for them and making them money. Strict rules. Don't count on a raise, not even once a year. And if you slip they will not hesitate to let you go. Oh and about 90% of the people of start working there gain weight immediately. You sit at your desk all day long. The only time you can even move is when you have to go to the bathroom. Not a fun job, actually pretty depressing..
