A great place for employees who want to come to work at set hours and having to just follow orders. Critical thinking is not necessary as it is not allowed.
Cons
The C-Suites like to talk about corporate culture and how it needs to change, yet they fail to see or accept that they don’t want the culture to change as they truly run it like an authoritarian dictatorship. They get a rise out of causing chaos to mask their ineptness. The CEO surrounds himself with lackeys and yes people. He wants to know if anyone leaves even for an hour to attend to personal appointments, like that’s going to affect profitability! The COO manipulates the workforce and tries to own people to rally them against each other, for his entertainment. Change those two and maybe the company can survive. Till then, they are s#!+ out of luck as they compete with the Amazons of the world.
