Pros
Thoughtful, accountable coworkers are your partners in trying to survive this office environment. The benefits package is generous, though you may find you will have no opportunity to partake of these benefits.
Cons
On my first day, I was left to wander a warehouse, hopelessly late and lost until HR frantically called me to let me know my first-day details email never arrived. On my second week of work, my trainer put in his two weeks, citing he "just couldn't take it anymore." These instances would go on to characterize my time at Newegg, What followed was utter chaos. New hires, perhaps only days longer in their roles than I was, were dressed down by management for arbitrary sales goals set moments ago in meetings. In one meeting, I was told "you've been here for three weeks. You should know what's going on." Third-party users were reticent to trust us with their product when the goalposts shifted almost daily. You will be thrust into a role and expect to perform with management-level knowledge on your field. You will be thrown under the bus.
