Pros
Pros, huh? The only pro about this job would be if you were one of management's favorites: ie, the only people who get promoted, those special few who sit around while you work hard.
Cons
This company makes awful choices. For the last few months, they have given employees a TON of overtime instead of hiring a second shift of workers. Why pay people time and a half to work to exhaustion instead of some weekend part-timers? Because management is likely too lazy to process new hire paperwork. They will work you 15 hour days, then want you back in less than 8 hours to work 15 more. The managers are mainly focused on sexually harrassing the female staff, chatting it up, and making ridiculous last-minute demands that disrupt any sort of life outside of work. The lazy, self-indulgent managers are not helpful in training, answering questions or resolving issues. Plus, being a Chinese company, you get the pleasure of having Chinese men making six-figures breathing down your neck about productivity like you're in a sweat shop. You can't complain about any of this though because you'll get fired immediately. Anyone who speaks their mind or mentions how ridiculous the Chinese dictators are gets canned. If you want a misguided management team with no life outside of work, this is the job for you. These arrogant managers will lie to your face about expectations, schedules, and priorities, and show you no support when you need them. This is a terrible company to work for.
