Pros

- Some fun coworkers (at least when I was there) - Ping pong - Free tea and coffee

Cons

- Military-style management / Micromanagement - Very strict on breaks and scheduling / you cannot be a minute late and cannot say no to any hour they give you. - They would seriously chain you to your chair if the law permits them to (I once got in trouble for taking a dump for too long, and another time for eating the "free" in-n-out they gave me for too long) - One of the leads also once told me what characters to put in my password. - Expected a lot with very little pay (pay and "rises" are not competitive at all) - No room for growth / Does not invest in employee development - No leadership / No vision / Terrible culture where no one really cares

Pros

Great learning opportunities with exposure to multiple aspects of the business. Fast-paced environment that encourages continuous growth and adaptability. Clear team structure and well-defined responsibilities, allowing employees to stay focused and execute efficiently. Plenty of opportunities to take ownership of projects and make a meaningful impact. Collaborative teams and strong cross-functional communication.

Cons

As a global company with a diverse workforce, communication styles can vary across teams. In some situations, discussions may take place in languages other than English, which can occasionally create challenges for employees who are not fluent in those languages.
