Risk and Compliance division is dysfunctional - Analyst Newcastle Permanent Employee Review

The Risk and Compliance division is an absolute nightmare to work in. I was hired to help with implementing and validating credit risk models. When I refuse the sign off on a broken model management tried to coerce me into signing off. Needless to say, I am accountable for the sign off. The project has failed and management are still trying to cover it up by trying to blame the project's failure on another manager who has had no involvement in this project so far.
