Pros
I could not find a pro. Even the majority of people that were employed here when I was hired on did not want to work there and were extremely overwhelmed.
Cons
The pay is below the average when you are expected to put forth many times the work of similar positions in the area. In the time I was there they fired multiple people and the daily feeling of working with their "Corporate" management was very toxic and high pressure. They let people go with no explanation even when they have done everything asked of them. There is absolutely NO training process, even if you have experience in the field there is extremely minimal introduction into how the company runs and you'll be very confused on what your roll is within it. Not only that but they say they aren't micro managers but they watch your every move down to the moment you clock in and expect you to always be available. They say some positions it's okay to work from home and don't provide an office space for you to work in, but once you work from home they act as if you are not working on anything. They took the marketing materials and ideas I brought on and let me go after a few weeks after spending those two weeks telling me how excited they were about my ideas and saying they wanted to bring me into the company full time.
