Pros
Good people that actually want to see the business successful Upgraded office space...I think it is a set up for a buy out
Cons
Leader is very secretive and misleading. The company announce a target operating model to re-org that took nearly a year in that forced people to look else where. Leadership refused to keep the employees engaged and motivated which resulted in two people quitting per week. I wouldn't recommend anyone who can not deal with constant change, having several bosses, and low pay.
