Pros

NewWave provides a better service than DSL in most of the communities it serves. The company is trying to make the network better. Benefits are good.

Cons

This company frequently frustrates their customers by failing to keep them informed of changes to the service calls and installation times. Some business clients wait months to have new service set up. Management is doing just enough to keep the boat afloat while waiting to be sold.

Pros

Tools, vehicle, fuel, and drive time all provided. Management is working hard to keep us involved in making decisions that affect our schedules and work. Really enjoy working here, even with some rough transition processes integrating with our new parent company. Management is taking time to listen to concerns from technicians and making a point to make sure they understand.

Cons

Management still has some issues with communicating, mostly regarding minor policy changes or remembering to keep techs informed when asked to look into something, but there has been much improvement for each of the last several months.

Pros

Well they were very flexiable with the hours and for a small company the pay was not bad. Incentive was great and promotions was a motivator for most of the employees. They provided a lot of day time hours which was great for someone with kids. The office sestting was private we were all in our own cubicals which was great. The bosses always treated us if we made quota which is always nice which made us work extra hard. Maybe take all the top salers out to eat lunch or something. over all it was not a bad place to work.

Cons

Making our sales for the day and pushing for more for better incentive pay.
