Pros
The working culture is intentional and thoughtful. The founding team is very mindful about employee wellness and support us to do our best work. Quality work is appreciated and given the necessary resources to thrive, while there's also space created for experimentations and new ideas. Everyone is genuine in helping each other to grow as people and succeed in their roles. Work is seen as a part of life, and not the entirety of it.
Cons
Not much apart from the growing pains of being in a startup. Mainly that some processes are still in the midst of being figured out.
