I came on as a “Financial Advisor” little did I know that was a buzzword for insurance agent. My manager sold me a dream, provided me no training for my series 7, pushed insurance when I had plenty of clients who wanted every service but insurance, and they’ll keep you locked into endless training with unreliable guidance. They push the “warm market” technique as in selling to your friends and family. I’ve seen people I’ve trained with have relations ruined around them from how pushy they try to make you, people you care about are simply a sale and they don’t care if it harms your image, they just want to milk leads out of you.
